Standard Cancellation & Refund Terms

• 14+ Days Prior to Arrival: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled check-in date receive a 100% full refund (minus any applicable payment processing fees).
• 7 to 13 Days Prior to Arrival: Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to check-in receive a 50% refund of the total reservation cost.
• Less than 7 Days Prior to Arrival: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, as well as no-shows or early departures, are non-refundable.

Booking Modifications & Special Conditions

• Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your stay up to 7 days prior to check-in without penalty, subject to room availability and seasonal rate adjustments.
• Force Majeure / Severe Weather: In the event of unforeseen natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or official travel restrictions affecting Kasese, reservations may be rescheduled or issued as a future stay credit valid for 12 months.
• Group & Long-Stay Bookings: Group reservations (3+ rooms) or stays exceeding 7 nights require cancellation notice at least 30 days in advance for a full refund.
